Once we find similarly
interested buyers, we will forward you their contact information and put you in contact with a representative to discuss available ski chalets in that area.
It's
up to you and your potential co-buyers to decide to purchase. There is no obligation other than any you establish with the other potential owners.

HOW IT WORKS 1. You register to become a member and pay $9.95 for a one year membership to our Real Estate/Timeshare section or our Luxury Items section. 2. You are provided a membership ID number and granted access to the appropriate website. 3. You complete a short on-line questionniare based upon your buying preferenes and interests. This include your preferred ownership interest (one-half, one-tenth, etc.) your target purchase price, and location. 4. You are placed into our extensive tracking database and we search for matches based on your criteria. 5. Once a match or multiple matches are found, we forward you other interested buyers contact information. We also forward your information to an indepednant agent who will assit you in locating your desirted item. 6. You decide if it is right for you! There are no obligations other than the ones you make with your fellow future co-owners! 7. Make your purchase and enjoy your Piece of Paradise!
